  • We cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy over the content of any reading given, implied or expressed.
  • We do not give YES or NO answers. This would be unethical and most of all, taking away YOUR choice in life.   The choice needs to come from within and not from anybody making the choice for you.    We also do not provide any mediumship or psychic readings.   Our readings are based solely on your energy and our energy at the time of the question.  
  • We provide guidance on questions that you have asked, but any judgement or decisions made pertaining to this guidance is of your own choice and we do not assume and hereby disclaim any liability, loss or damaged caused by any information, suggestion or advice provided, of whatever nature.
  • We do not provide readings on medical, financial or legal matters.

  • Client confidentiality is absolute, unless we are legally obliged to reveal.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING

There can be no refunds for Dual Intuitive Energy Readings because we could be meditating for you within hours of receiving your question.

If you cancel your Energetic Healing Session with Carina within 48hrs of the booking you will receive a full refund, less any payment charges made by the payment handler/bank.

If you cancel within 24hrs, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid less any payment charges/fees made by the payment handler/bank.

If you cancel less than 24hrs beforehand, then no refund will be made.
